Households, irrespective of number of occupants are expected to restrict usage to 400l per day.

Whilst this at first may not seem to be a problem, it must be considered in the light of current water usage of around 240l per person per day, which means that any dwelling of more than 2 persons is going to be faced with serious cut-backs or dramatically increased water bills!
